Missy McNabb recently relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida after living in Atlanta, Georgia for almost 20 years and has joined Solutionz to lead the Organizational Development practice.

Missy’s career has consistently focused on facilitating and coaching individuals, teams and organizations to help them achieve their goals.

Missy was most recently with the Metro Atlanta Chamber. As Vice President of Education, she led the establishment of Learn4Life, a metro Atlanta regional education partnership. This was a large, complex change management opportunity, bringing together numerous stakeholders – including business leaders, school officials, education leaders and representatives of many philanthropic, civic and non-profit organizations. The goal of Learn4Life is to increase student achievement across the region, which is a pre-requisite for preparing a local, ready workforce and ensuring sustainable economic growth in the area.

After 27+ years working with organizations, Missy has deep expertise in assessing, designing and implementing talent and change management solutions – always with a focus on aligning to the overall business strategy.

Missy spent 9 years in management consulting, most recently with the North Highland Company, where she led their leadership development practice area. Her consulting client engagements extend across multiple industries (education, non-profit, telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, state and federal agencies, chemicals and consulting services).

Missy also has spent valuable time working in industry, including McKesson Provider Technologies (healthcare), Viant and USWeb/CKS (interactive agencies) and Harris Corporation (communications government contractor).

Missy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Austin and a juris doctorate from the New England School of Law in Boston. She is a member of HR Tampa, an affiliate of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

She is a certified executive coach and holds a variety of organizational effectiveness certifications (HBDI, Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, DDI Leadership Mirror and Behavioral Interviewing). Missy was well-known for her wide network in Atlanta – especially her ability to support that network and successfully connect people to each other. She is actively building a new network and is looking forward to meeting new people and new challenges in the Tampa Bay area.
