Robin KormanRobin Korman is a marketing leader with a 25-year track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue growth for world-class hotel and credit card brands at Fortune 500 companies. She leads Solutionz Hospitality Branding practice. Robin’s expertise is in building loyalty through brand positioning, modeling and CRM, increasing customer profitability, creating unique benefits derived from consumer insights and market gaps, building lifestyle brands and growing ancillary revenue streams.

As SVP, Global Loyalty and Partnerships at Wyndham Hotels and VP, Global Loyalty at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Robin transformed Wyndham Rewards and Starwood Preferred Guest from “one-size-fits-all” point-accrual systems to customer-centric rewards and recognition platforms. In both these roles, Robin pioneered proprietary predictive modeling, segmentation and targeted marketing, significantly increasing ROI and customer profitability.

At Starwood, she developed several hotel industry “firsts” to engage under-targeted segments including the first loyalty program for small businesses and the first honeymoon registry. She enhanced member engagement by developing moments.com, the first hotel loyalty program redemption auction featuring once-in-a-lifetime sports, entertainment and culinary experiences. Robin was the first global brand marketing leader for Starwood’s Aloft and Element hotels, developing the marketing strategy, positioning, launch marketing, advertising and creative for these two new hotel brands. As SVP/General Manager of the AARP credit card portfolio for Chase Card Services, Robin turned around a troubled co-brand portfolio by repositioning the credit card to attract a more affluent cardmember and designing new acquisition and growth strategies.

Previously, Robin was Vice President of Marketing at GE Capital Markets where she launched marketing for a start-up investment banking division. She held several marketing roles at Citibank Card Services including advertising/public relations, credit card acquisitions and loyalty. Robin is a frequent industry speaker on loyalty and customer engagement. Advertising Age selected her as one of “Four to Follow In Loyalty Marketing” and she was ranked #20 out of 50,000 “Top Marketing Executives” in 2012 by ExecRank.
