Nelson brings three decades of travel industry experience to The Sounding Board, including five years as Chief Accounting Officer for JetBlue Airways and two years for Frontier Airlines, plus her time at Virgin America as CFO. In addition to her accounting acumen, Nelson has led two aviation IPOs and rebuilt finance teams for two spinoff transactions. A qualified audit committee financial expert, Nelson is known for her collaborative approach to business planning, improving liquidity and negotiating capital transactions.
