Paolo Resteghini is the Original Tech Co-founder and our Executive Director of Creative at Solutionz, bringing deep hands-on expertise in design and technology execution.

Paolo leads our AI automation engineering, as well as overseeing creative and development activities.

An award-winning designer and developer with a strong belief in leveraging elegant, human-centered technology, Paolo blends creative vision with technical precision to build intuitive digital experiences and scalable systems. His craft spans UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, and end-to-end product delivery — all grounded in a commitment to solving real business problems through innovative technology solutions.

Paolo continues to be an active contributor to our product direction, architecture and our AI-first development efforts.

He is also working with Solutionz CEO and founder to build out a reconciliation module for affiliate programs that will become a part of the product portfolio.
